Jack Crockett is a photography artist with many years of experience in imaging nature. He specializes in floral and fauna primarily but also does portrait art as well. He lives in Bremerton, Washington, with his lovely wife, feisty-but-adorable child and an assortment of lazy cats. He grew up in southern California in an area bounded by mountain ranges, deserts and the ocean. His childhood was filled with hiking and camping and he came to love the many faces of the natural world. He is inspired to explore the less realized views and share them through his photography. He admits to being heavily influenced by Georgia O’Keefe and the works of the master painters of history in their use of light and form. His works have been featured on many art sites world-wide including photo.net and deviantart.com. It can also be found displayed in various coffee houses, galleries and other venues in the Puget Sound region. Please check out Jack's 2010 Pin-Up calendar.
