Cycoze is one of those photographers who make it seem that nature is only too happy to stand still and be photographed. He has a knack for animal portraiture, catching that elusive 'right look at the right moment' to reveal the animal's personality. Too, he is skilled at depicting the importance of the small things: a tiny beetle becomes an armoured, jewelled potentate; the heart of a flower is the eye of a sun; and a little robin perched on a spade's handle, the king of its world.
